Exclusive Use Venue:
Humble & Whole Bakery, Rossett, Wrexham
Adam is proud to partner with Humble & Whole bakery in Rossett, available as a private event space to host Chefs tables, pop-up supper club dinners and exclusive use dining space for up to 30 guests.
"We have worked with Adam Gaunt Evans for some time now, and he is a truly fantastic Welsh chef. At Humble and Whole Bakery Limited, we are a social enterprise and artisan bakery dedicated to championing real food. Based in the historic village of Rossett, North Wales, we operate out of a charming former farm building that has been a local landmark since its development into a wine bar in the early 1980s. Having hosted many famous faces over the decades, we are now the proud custodians of this beautiful space.
Our ethos is simple: everything is made from scratch. From our best-selling sourdough to our seasonal menus, we prioritise local and quality ingredients. While we are a bustling bakery by day, we also host pop-up evenings and private events that celebrate the very best of Welsh produce.
Evenings and special occasions at the bakery are always atmospheric, but Adam’s Chef’s Tables take the experience to the next level. His food is incredible and expertly crafted, yet remains beautifully humble, perfectly complementing our artisan values. We wholeheartedly endorse Adam and are proud to have him cook in our kitchen."

Adam has a long history with the old machine house building, having worked here as head chef during its 'Machine House Restaurant' years between 2013 - 2015.

''Working at Machine House was a very special time in my career, where our team managed to gain recognition in the Michelin Guide for fresh, seasonal cooking showcasing the best local Welsh produce. My cooking philosophy hasn't changed, and i'm delighted to be working with Rebecca and her business Humble & Whole bakery to bring delicious cuisine back to a beautiful building within our local community''
