I strongly believe food should be incredible at all levels - across street food and casual dining, right through to the higher limits of creative contemporary cuisine.  

In 2025, I created my own home 'test kitchen' affectionately know as The Kitchen Table - a creative space to develop recipes, style and photograph dishes. 

Based near Chester, The Kitchen Table is also available for creative collaboration with clients, and even hosting menu tastings.
