Born and raised in North Wales, Adam began his kitchen career scrubbing pots in his hometown of Llangollen. Following on from his kitchen apprenticeship, Adam trained at London's Dorchester hotel and Michelin starred Green House restaurant in Mayfair.
Adam then forged a successful kitchen career spanning 20 years, working in world renowned restaurants and hotels, such as the Burj al Arab in Dubai and Flying Fish in Sydney.
On returning home to Wales in 2018, Adam took up the role of Executive chef and Director of Restaurants and Bars for One Hundred Knights, a leisure and hospitality operator based in Llangollen. Adam led the opening of the Three Eagles Bar and Grill and now oversees One Hundred Knights growing portfolio of restaurants.
He is co-founder of BLK Sheep Baa & Grill, a new casual dining brand offering the very best of British.
